Repeatable beats clever. Same four steps every day for 90 days. The first 30 minutes of your morning are non-negotiable.
The Business Builder Task
This is the heart of the program — and the part most agents skip. Every single week, you work directly with your Universal Title team to generate new business opportunities. We give you the data. You turn it into deals. Skip this and the rest of the system runs on half-power.
Content Structure — 4 types, every week
Most agents post randomly and wonder why nothing converts. Hit all four types every week and you'll attract, build trust, connect personally, and convert — in that order.
Hyperlocal authority
Neighborhoods, market trends, lifestyle. Show that you know your area better than anyone.

Build local visibility. Establish you as the agent in your area. Get the daily system running, run your first Business Builder Task, and start your first conversations.
Earn your way to Conversation
Phase 2 unlocks once your Universal Title rep confirms you've completed Phase 1. Submit your Week 4 Retro and your End-of-Month Phase 1 numbers, then ask your rep for the Phase 2 unlock code.
Phase 2 · Conversation — Days 31–60
Local people know you exist. Now turn engagement into conversations. Every Business Builder Task this month is built around outreach. Every week ends with at least 3 active conversations with potential clients.
Earn your way to Conversion
Phase 3 unlocks once your Universal Title rep confirms you've completed Phase 2. Submit your Week 8 Retro and your End-of-Month Phase 2 numbers, then ask your rep for the Phase 3 unlock code.
Phase 3 · Conversion — Days 61–90
Sixty days of authority and conversation now translates into closings. Move warm DMs to coffee. Move coffees to buyer/seller meetings. Move meetings to signed clients. Document every win that traces back to the system.
13-Week Content Calendar
Every week you publish 3 posts that hit all 4 content types: Local · Education · Personal · Conversion. Daily stories run alongside. The week's Business Builder Task fuels at least one piece of content.
