Why Title Insurance?

This course provides agents with a working knowledge of the benefits of title insurance and the protections provided to a buyer’s ownership interest in real property.  This course will provide agents with the tools to have a knowledgeable discussion with the settlement agent and buyers regarding title issues and coverage provided by title insurance.
