We are committed to fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of small businesses that play a crucial role in helping people realize their dreams. Our Grant Program
Our grant program supports home ownership related projects in communities where Universal Title does business that:

Cultivate an appreciation of the ability to create personal wealth through home ownership;

Provide housing to the underprivileged to meet basic needs in order to foster a desire for a permanent home and improve communities;

Support community improvement projects thereby creating communities where people want to own homes;

Educate underserved populations about owning a home (Examples: new immigrants and those aging out of foster care);

Provide education about career opportunities in the housing industry, thereby bringing talented individuals into the industry surrounding the transfer of real property.
